I've always loved these two quotes and wanted to combine them somehow:
"I wish I could show you when you are lonely or in darkness the astonishing light of your own being." - Hafiz
and
"Do not allow your anxiety about the world fill your heart. If your heart is filled with anxiety, you will get sick, and then you will not be able to help." - Thich Nhat Hanh
How did I do?
This is so beautiful! I found this online many moons ago, I printed it and tacked it up on my wall next to my work station. The words and the beautiful illustration are medicine. This week there was a horrific mass shooting in our State of Maine 😥 and I immediately thought of this. I will share it in my next newsletter with a link to your blog, thank you!!
